1. Cancelling
You can cancel a paid plan or trial in the dashboard under Billing at any time. Because plan payments cover one Billing Period and are not renewed automatically, cancelling mainly stops a trial from converting. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your Account then returns to the Free plan.
2. When you are entitled to a refund
- 14-day refund. If you ask within 14 days of a payment, and during that time your Account has not sent more email than the Free plan allows, we refund that payment in full. This applies to monthly and yearly payments and to the first charge after a trial converts.
- Billing errors. Duplicate charges, charges made after you cancelled a trial in time, and amounts that differ from the price you confirmed are refunded in full, whenever you notice them.
- Service failure. If the Service is unavailable for a significant part of a Billing Period because of a problem on our side, we refund or credit the affected part of the period.
- Changes on our side. If we end the agreement for convenience, remove a feature that is material to your paid plan, or make a change to the Terms that is materially to your disadvantage and you leave because of it, we refund the unused part of the period.
- Consumers. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under Turkish consumer law, including in the case of a defective service.
3. When we do not refund
Outside the cases above, payments for a Billing Period that has started are not refunded in part, for example if you stop using the Service halfway through a year. If we suspend or terminate your Account because you breached the Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, the current period is not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
4. How to request a refund
Write to [email protected] from your Account email and include the date and amount of the payment. We reply within 5 business days.
Refunds are paid to the original payment method. Card refunds are usually issued within 14 days of approval; when the money appears on your statement depends on your bank. Crypto payments are refunded in the same asset and network to a wallet address you give us, for the invoiced amount; network fees are deducted and we are not responsible for changes in exchange rates.
Once a refund is issued, the related paid period ends and your Account returns to the Free plan.
