Current sub-processors
Sendix uses the following third parties to provide the Service. Each is bound by a written agreement or by terms that require it to protect personal data at least to the standard set out in our Data Processing Agreement.

Mailbox providers that receive the messages you send (for example Gmail or Outlook) are not our sub-processors: they receive mail on behalf of your recipients.
International transfers
Where a sub-processor is located outside Türkiye, the transfer is carried out in line with Article 9 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), relying on the safeguards that article provides, such as standard contracts. For customers in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, transfers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses described in the DPA.
Changes to this list
We update this page and email the owner of every paid Account at least 30 days before a new sub-processor starts processing customer personal data. If we must replace a sub-processor urgently to keep the Service running or secure, we notify as soon as possible. You can object to a new sub-processor as described in the DPA.
