Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 September 2026 · Türkçe

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. This policy explains which ones Sendix uses and why. It supplements the Privacy Policy.

2. Cookies we use

All cookies below are strictly necessary: without them you could not sign in securely, and the site could not protect itself against abuse. Under KVKK guidance and EU ePrivacy rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent, which is why we do not show a cookie banner.

The dashboard may also use your browser’s local storage for interface preferences, such as collapsed panels. This data stays on your device.

3. What we do not use

We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, social media pixels or any cookie that tracks you across other websites. If that ever changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before setting such cookies.

4. Documentation assistant

The documentation site offers an assistant provided by Knoku. Its script is loaded only after you click to open it. Once loaded, Knoku may store data in your browser and processes the questions you type, under its own privacy notice.

5. Tracking in emails our customers send

Customers can enable open and click tracking for the emails they send through Sendix. This uses a tracking pixel and redirected links, not cookies, and is controlled by the sender. If you have questions about an email you received, contact its sender; see also section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

6. Your choices

You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block the strictly necessary cookies, you will not be able to sign in to the dashboard. Questions: [email protected].
