The contract covers the electronic provision of the Sendix plan you select at checkout (for example Pro) for the period you select (monthly or yearly). The plan’s sending limits, number of domains, retention and features are stated on the pricing page and at checkout. The service includes API and SMTP access for sending email, inbound mail, templates, audiences, webhooks and delivery logs, and is subject to the Terms of Service.

The total price including taxes and the currency are shown on the checkout page before you confirm payment. There is no delivery charge. Payment is made in advance through the payment institution you select at checkout (card or crypto). Exchange differences and fees charged by your bank or payment institution are outside our control.

Payment covers one Billing Period and does not renew automatically. If no new payment is made at the end of the period, your account returns to the Free plan. For trials started with a payment method whose offer states that they convert to a paid plan, the stated amount is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.

The service is activated on your account immediately once the payment institution confirms the payment. There is no physical delivery. The payment confirmation is sent by email and is available in the dashboard.

If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from a service contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving reasons and without penalty.

However, under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form. Because Sendix is performed immediately upon payment confirmation, your right of withdrawal ends when, at checkout, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that you will lose the right of withdrawal.

You may nevertheless request a full refund under the Refund Policy within 14 days of payment, provided you have not sent more email than the Free plan allows during that time.

Your personal data is processed as described in the KVKK Privacy Notice. The Distance Sales Agreement applies to your purchase. This form and the agreement remain permanently available at this address and are sent by email on request. Confirming at checkout that you have read this form confirms that you were informed before the contract was concluded.
